Cupping therapy

Was speaking to my Bruv in Law yesterday whilst watching the game he had it done after being laid low with the 'Rona... I knew about the bowls on your back etc but he had a lovely video of an scalpel taken to his head and big lump of what can only be described as jello (4 or 5 cms??) fell out of his head... this was apparently the toxins?? So he reckons best thing he has done... feels like a new man... aches and pains gone... back feels like new... none of the 'Rona left overs... I'm normally pretty sceptical at this type of shit but he's adamanat that it works... got it done at a place in Leyton.
Anyone else had it done??

Went to a mixed sauna once in Stockholm. Man the sorts there (women).

Dry needling (I know all sorts of puns for that one) I had that a grade 3 calf strain that would not get it 100% fixed with normal physio and it worked. It works on trigger points of muscles
